Baked Potato w/Cheese

BAHAN-BAHAN • 4 kentang besar • 50 Gram mentega tawar • 60 ml Sour Cream • 100 gram parutan keju cheddar, dibagi • Garam dan lada hitam secukupnya CARA MEMBUAT • Panaskan oven ke 220 C. • Panggang kentang selama 1 jam hingga lembut • Turunkan suhu oven menjadi 200 C • Potong celah di bagian atas kentang dan keruk isi kentang dengan garpu hingga membuat cekungan. • Masukkan dagingnya ke dalam cekungan, biarkan cangkangnya tetap utuh • Tambahkan mentega, krim asam, dan 1/3 cangkir keju, serta garam dan merica secukupnya. • Isi ulang cangkangnya dengan campuran kentang yang ditumbuk sedikit. • Taruh kentang di atas loyang, dan panggang sampai matang, sekitar 15 hingga 20 menit. Taburi bagian atasnya dengan sisa keju dan panggang
