Cheese Baked Rice

BAHAN-BAHAN • 250 gr nasi putih • 350 ml susu cair (fullcream) • 150 gr keju cheddar (parut) • 50 gr keju mozzarella • 3 sdm mentega • 3 buah sosis (iris) • 5 buah bakso (iris) • 100 gr udang kupas • Garam & Lada putih (secukupnya) • Kaldu jamur atau ayam bubuk (secukpnya) • 1/2 sdm cabai bubuk (sesuai selera) CARA MEMBUAT • Masukkan mentega ke dalam pan. Tambahkan bawang bombay dan tumis hingga harum. Kemudian, masukan sosis, udang dan bakso. Tumis hingga matang. • Tambahkan nasi, susu, keju cheddar, keju mozzarella, garam, lada, kaldu bubuk, cabai bubuk ke dalam pan. Aduk sampai rata kemudian masak sampai susu asat. • Tutup pan dan masak sampai keju mozzarella meleleh. Anda bisa juga memasukkan panci ke dalam oven panggang selama 5-10 menit dengan suhu 180 Celcius.
